Testing for our country's sake

We need to implement a Marcus Garvey test for everyone, to determine who is willing to do the hard work of making this country great. (Rico's black friends all pass.) Given Rico's equal-opportunity racism, everyone (Chinks, Frogs, Krauts, Micks, Nips, Russkies, Spics, & Wops) must take it.
Those who fail will be shipped back to their country of origin, no matter how many generations they've been here. (Yes, and screw the Constitution.)
