Migrants, yet again

The New York Times has an article by Julia Preston about the umber of migrants illegally crossing the Rio Grande:

 

Once again, smugglers are bringing hundreds of women and children each day to the Mexican bank of the river and sending them across in rafts.

Rico says that, yet again, he notes that offering a bounty to Texans for bagging them would slow this shit down...
