Solar Impulse stopping in Japan

The Associated Press has an article in Time about the (temporarily delayed)  flight of the Solar Impulse:
A solar plane attempting to fly around the world without a drop of fuel says it is making an unscheduled stop in Japan because of bad weather.
Its Swiss pilot took off from Nanjing, China, bound  for Hawai'i on what was to be the longest leg of the journey.
The website and Twitter feed for Solar Impulse 2 said that the plane would land instead in Nagoya, Japan.
The journey started in March in Abu Dhabi, and the plane has stopped in Oman, India, Myanmar, and China. The five-thousand-mile flight from Nanjing to Hawai'i was the seventh of twelve flights, and the longest and most dangerous.
Rico says a hell of an adventure; he hopes they make it safely.
