NATO, ratcheting up

BBC Defense Correspondent Jonathan Beale reports that NATO has been testing its new rapid reaction force (photo, but no video, because the BBC won't let you) for the first time amid growing tensions with Russia.
It was set up after the NATO summit in Wales last year as a response to the crisis in the Ukraine. This week, more than two thousand troops from nine states have been taking part in the force's first exercise in Poland.
