Customer service, not

Xfinity was to send out a tech to set up our new cable box today, but failed to show, claiming that the appointment had been changed to Monday ( not by us, of course). Then we were told to go to their store and get the box, and someone would walk the ladyfriend through setting it up. They couldn't do that, either. Now we're gonna have to wait for Monday, and hope they show up...

Rico is happy to report, however, that the pleasant young man did show up (on time!) on Monday, installed everything, and patiently explained how to make everything work, so now Rico can be a television glutton, yet again...
