Big flag, big man

Rico says his old friend Tex posted this on his Facebook page:

Candy and I (photo, center) were able to find a home for our thirty-by-sixty-foot American flag, yeah, I know, damn huge Texas-size flag. We have been trying for months to find someone who could use Old Glory in this size.
The VA Hospital in Palo Alto, California (photo, top) was happy to take it, and will name it the "Tex & Candy Old Glory Flag". Plan on using it at the grand opening of their new Radiology Center next year, and for special events.
You ask what did I use a flag this size for: used it at Adobe Systems when I worked there as Senior Facility Manager, had my team drape her from the headquarters building for Veterans' Day parades and such in downtown San Jose, that's what for.

Rico says the photo at the bottom is a much younger Tex as a jarhead en route to Vietnam...
