Fuque de clusteur

Based on his recent clusterfuck with the DMV, Rico says that he understands (though not condones) why people go into state offices and shoot innocent employees.

Instead of sending a replacement identification card (not a drivers' license, which Rico hasn't had since 2007, and doesn't want, thank you), the idiots sent him a 'Restoration Requirements Letter' explaining what Rico would have to do to get his drivers' license back.

Sigh...

This, in spite of their having received a form specifying that they were to renew his ID card, plus fifty-five dollars for the privilege.

Long explanations, and a new form, fax'd back and forth, and supposedly Rico will get a new card (which Rico will then have to figure out how to get himself, and the card, to Rosemont, because their system can't just pick up the existing photo from Rico's current card, nooo, they need to take a new picture) in the next day or so...
