Missed again


Slate has an article by Dallas Jensen about yet-another near-miss:
Earlier in June of 2014, 2014 HQ124 glided about three-quarters of a million miles from Earth, or about three times the distance between our planet and the moon. It still got close enough for Earth-based radar to take some incredible shots of its surface.
Rico says that, one of these days, one of them won't miss, and then we're all screwed, just like the dinosaurs...
