Movie review for the day (The Train)

Rico says he'll sometimes rewatch a movie if it's good enough, and The Train certainly qualifies.
Besides being a good story (in 1944, a German colonel loads a train with French art treasures to send to Germany, and the Resistance must stop it without damaging the cargo), it had some great stars in it:
Burt Lancaster (also known for From Here to EternityField of Dreams , and, Rico's favorite, The Professionals) as Labiche
Paul Scofield (also known for A Man for All SeasonsScorpio, and The Train) as Von Waldheim
Jeanne Moreau (also known for Jules and JimThe Proprietor, and, Rico's favorite, La Femme Nikita) as Christine
Michel Simon (also known for The Passion of Joan of ArcL'Atalante, and Full House) as Papa Boule
Wolfgang Preiss (also known for The Boys from BrazilA Bridge Too Far, and, Rico's favorite, Von Ryan's Express, as Herren
