Movie review for the day

Rico says the ladyfriend (with her usual discerning eye for Netflix movies) picked Unfinished Sky recently.
Starring William McInnes and Monic Hendrickx (photo) as, respectively, an Australian sheep farmer and an illegal Afghani refugee (though played by a Dutch actress) who wanders into his life after being forced to work as a housekeeper and a prostitute by some local yabos. She is distraught because her daughter, Shahla (played by Zulaikha Deen and Hannah Cocker at different ages), is still in a refugee internment center:
Honest Australian Outback sheep-farmer John Woldring leads an isolated life. Suddenly an exotic women turns up at night, armed and frightened out of her wits. He takes her in, grumpily. Gradually he finds out she's an Afghan refugee, looking for other illegally emigrated relatives. He tries to help her quest, but they soon experience the human traffickers are on her track, and better connected than John could guess.
Rico says it all turns out well in the end. As Joe Bob Briggs would say, check it out...
