New restaurant?

Rico says that, while it wasn't the Brazilian restaurant we actually went to in Philadelphia, someone really ought to open a combined Japanese and Chinese restaurant called Fugu & Chow...
(Fugu, of course, is the pufferfish that, if not properly prepared (photo), will kill you, while chow is the root of chow mein, which are stir-fried noodles, the name being an English-language corruption of the Taishanese chāu-mèing.)
