Man raped same woman nine times

Philly.com has an article about an unusual case:
A man has been arrested in Delaware for allegedly raping a woman nine times over three years in a case that stretches back to 2010. Jorge Arellano (photo), 35, of New Castle, Delaware was arrested and charged with nine counts of first degree rape, unlawful sexual contact, strangulation, and a raft of other charges, including possession of a firearm while committing a felony. He is being held at the Howard R. Young Correctional Institute on $1.7 million cash bail.
Delaware State Police say the investigation stems from a January 2013 incident in which Arellano allegedly confronted a 25-year-old woman in a Wilmington, Delaware parking lot, forced her into a vehicle at gunpoint, then touched her inappropriately. Arellano knew the woman, who was eventually allowed to leave.
But troopers later determined that Arellano was also wanted by Dover, Delaware police for a May of 2011 burglary of the same woman's residence. At that time, police say, Arellano broke into the residence through a window and assaulted the victim and a male acquaintance.
The State Police searched for Arellano and learned he had raped the same woman nine times between 2010 and 2011 in Kent and New Castle County locations.
They arrested Arellano on U.S. Route 13 during a traffic stop. Police say he gave a false name, but they realized his true identity.
Rico says okay, he's not gonna ask how anyone gets raped by the same guy nine times and fails to mention it...
