Oops is now a railroad term

According to an article by Matt Flegenheimer, Ford Fessenden, and Henry Fountain in The New York Times, the Metro-North train that derailed in the Bronx recently, killing four people, had an alert system in place in the locomotive pushing the rail cars, but not in the cab where the train operator was positioned.
