Rico says that, when the recording says "We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls", what they REALLY mean is "we're too fucking cheap to hire more people, so you're currently experiencing our low number of underpaid-and-overworked operators. Sorry, but you're screwed, and there's not a damned thing you can do about it..."
