Rico says he's waiting for the bus, as usual, and wondering why it's not coming...
First off, the hang the 'temporary detour' sign where you can't see it, then say you should get the bus at Penn Street, except there is no Penn Street, because it's Penn fucking Road...
So Rico's late for lunch, and pissed...
