SEPTA, behind the curve as ever

SEPTA could easily, just by spending some Federal monies, put up displays at every bus stop that would show, given the GPS data available from each bus, just how long it would be before the next bus (on all routes serving that stop) showed up. This would allow riders to know, rather than guess, how long they had to wait...
