Rico says it is now his mission to remove (in the vicinity, anyway) any and all visible dandelion flowers, now that it's Spring.
Why would he do that to such a modest little plant?
Because the little fuckers don't stay modest; they spread (using the wind, a clever evolutionary ploy) everywhere, and fuck up the lawn in the process.
