Raymond Hernandez has this in an article in The New York Times:

As Governor Andrew M. Cuomo considers a 2016 presidential bid, the eyes of the Democratic Party are fixed on Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, who could count on broad support if she ran.

Rico says she could count on support from broads, surely, but not from Rico. (It's not that she's a woman, nor that she's unqualified, just that she's fucking irritating...)
