Questionable economics

Rico says that, every morning at oh-dark-thirty, a vehicle drives past the Main Line mansion where he lives with the ladyfriend (in the basement, unlike the richer folks who live upstairs), and drops off a fresh copy of the Philadelphia Inquirer.
This requires not only the driver's time and gas, but cutting down entire forests and polluting rivers with effluent from paper mills, all to deliver a totally-out-of-date pile of newsprint printed (with the exception of the Sunday funnies and the ad inserts) in black-only text.
This is so nineteenth-century, to say nothing of being environmentally stupid and wasteful...
Rico says he's happy (though he dearly loves printing, and made his career in it) to see the end of this in his lifetime.
