Two good outcomes for the the day

Rico says any day above ground is a good day, but any day in which your good-looking eye surgeon not only does a great job on your second cataract, but actually liked the 'Separated at Birth' post comparing her (visually, not politically) to a young Sarah Palin. (She not only laughed, but took the print-out to hang in her office, which is high praise for a joke in Rico's experience...)
