The Philadelphia newspaper, not noted for subtlety nor being gub-loving, has an editorial in toeday's paper entitled Gunslinger Law, about the revived Pennsylvania 'castle doctrine' law allowing people to defend themselves using firearms. They, of course, put the worst possible spin on it, positing road-rage incidents, drug pushers using the law to defend themselves against internecine warfare charges, and ask the Governor to veto the measure.
While Rico doubts that many people would, even if the law passes, take advantage of defending themselves in the streets, he still thinks it's a good idea.
