Rico says he was able to get out, thanks to his friend Damon, to Home Depot this morning and get a few things before the storm was supposed to hit, but it looks like Philly was (amazingly) in the gap between the northern segment (which hit Rico's friend Kelley in Massachusetts) and the southern segment that looks to miss Philadelphia entirely:
