Software nightmare for the day

Rico says he's still having trouble getting iWeb back running on his Mac; might as well be a Gates POS at this point...
The software's there, but a file's gone missing, and there's a lot of hoohah on the Net about other people with the same problem, so it's not just Rico.
We may have to trouble Apple Support with this one, since their didn't-work upgrade disk caused the problem in the first place...
(Rico says he was ultimately able to use Taco to edit the website the hard way, but it worked.)
