Rico says that it's not a laptop, and it's not a tower computer, either, but it's sure as shit a cool thing, and worth every penny. (Especially once Rico gets used to its quirks.) But there are some surprising failures of interface consistency; odd, for a company (let alone Steve Jobs, a vocal critic of bad interface design) noted for its interface. (And the fact that Rico used to work in the Espinosa-era documentation group, epicenter of the Apple interface mafia, means he's very surprised.)
More to come as things get used more, but don't hesitate to put one on your holiday gift list.
(Okay, okay, one bitch: Rico misses Grab and Preview for stealing images, but he'll just have to do that on his big Mac (as opposed to a Big Mac).
