Dynastys are bad...

...and have been in every country that had them, except maybe ours. (The Kennedys were mostly okay.)

But the Daley dynasty has gotta end, before Richard 'Dick' (it's not just a nickname, it's a title) Daley takes Chicago into the toilet with him.

He's fighting, even though the Supremes pretty much nailed it with the Heller and McDonald decisions, to reinstate some kind of gun control in his benighted city.
Rico says he has the perfect solution, however (as always): take away Dick's 24-hour armed bodyguards, and let him function in the city just like the other unarmed mass of the population.
