Police in Moraine, Ohio had to rescue a man after he became stranded on the Great Miami River. Officers said Lonnie R. Webb, 20, was fishing with his father when the two of them got into an argument. They said he walked off into the water and got stuck on an island in the middle of the river.
Rescue workers had to put boats in the water. They managed to rescue Webb and bring him back to shore. Webb was arrested and charged with underage consumption, disorderly conduct, and inducing panic.
