Stupidity doesn't kill, unfortunately

Rico says he walked up to the otherwise seemingly-nice lady in her big shiny new BMW, beckoned for her to put down her window (letting out all that nice air-conditioned air) and pointed out that the lined space she'd just parked in didn't mean Parking For Stupid People, but was the extra room needed for the handicapped space next to her.
Now, mind you, he's walking with a stick and wearing an eyepatch, so he's hardly a disinterested bystander...
Did she move? No.
Did Rico, and his stick, walk away? Yes.

And they say Rico has no self-control...
