Another bit of brilliance

Rico says that, in an otherwise dry bit of reporting on the new tax-code provisions, this little gem by John Castellani, president of the Business Roundtable (and no relation to anyone named Castellano that Rico might know):

He called it "the wrong proposal at the wrong time for the wrong reasons" that will "make us less competitive in the international marketplace, where, by last count, 95 percent of the world lives."
