Jay Leno missed a taping of
The Tonight Show for the first time in seventeen years; he
was in the hospital, after all. Seems he's going to be replaced by Conan O'Brien on 1 June, and get his own prime-time program this fall. While not as traumatic as the loss of Johnny Carson, this transition, too, will be hard to get used to... (
