Stupid is as stupid does

Rico says he's been fighting with his printer for a couple of weeks now, and only blind luck (and the help of his friend Bill Champ, who did tech support in an earlier life) has enabled him to poke enough buttons to get it to print again. Whew.
Now all he has to do is get the right cable for the ladyfriend's printer and get that to work again, and things will be right with the world...
