Gone, perhaps, but not forgotten

Rico says the Museum of Weapons and Early American History, run by Donna Lee Walton in St. Augustine, Florida, is (at best) moribund, if not closed altogether. If so, it's a damned shame, because it was the most amazing little museum, with a quirky quality not found in larger, more professional museums:
Swords, antique guns, muskets, along with Spanish, English, Colonial, and shipwreck artifacts are among the thousands of fascinating items included in this collection. The museum also houses one of the most extensive Civil War collections offered for public viewing. President John Tyler's piano is on display surrounded by historic photos, tintypes, lithographs and documents. A nice assortment of Indian artifacts rounds out this unique collection.
Rico says that, when he lived there, he liked to visit once a month or so, just to drool over the collection...
