There is apparently a play, written by Beth Davis back during the Centennial of the Civil War, titled Our Friends, the Enemy. That's all, unfortunately, that Rico has discovered so far, but he'll keep digging; it sounds like an interesting premise... (And a great title, which Rico says he might just have to steal, especially since it was used as a chapter title in a 1906 book Dixie After the War by Myrta Avary.)
