Not good on the specifics

Verizon is very good about telling you that you're not getting FIOS service any time soon via their website but, though you call and talk to a real human being, you don't get much more; seems they don't have a map available to even their own people showing where they're working on installing it.

Rico says this is not great customer service (as if he expected it from Verizon), but some day...
