According to the New York Times, it seems some yahoo decided to shoot the chairman of the Democratic party of Arkansas, for no apparent reason. He ain't dead, but it's not from a lack of trying (three shots). The suspect, "a white male in his 50s", was chased by police officers for 25 miles and shot when he stopped his (wait for it) pickup truck. He died.

Rico says if you're crazy, as this guy sounds, why the chairman of the Democratic party? If he's not crazy, then there's something personal we don't know about yet...
