Even with the recent and advantageous Supreme Court decision, Rico proposes, yet again, that we revise the wording of the Second Amendment to obviate all the arguments about individual rights versus militia rights. It should read:
The Right of the People to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed.
No bullshit about 'well-regulated' or 'free State', no stupid extra commas, just the facts, ma'm. That oughta do it. (And note, when you click on the post title to go to Wikipedia, that the amendment as ratified by the States was different (fewer commas) than that passed by the House and Senate. Not as clean as Rico's version, of course, but better...)
