That's an observation (okay, okay, Rico sees things differently, but that's why you read him) on the CNN article about Karl Rove refusing to testify before the House Judiciary Committee, in spite of their supoena: "A refusal to appear in violation of the subpoena could subject Mr. Rove to contempt proceedings, including statutory contempt under federal law and proceedings under the inherent contempt authority of the House of Representatives."

Rico says he doesn't think Rove is going to win this one, in spite of contending that he's "constitutionally immune from compelled congressional testimony", as he doesn't remember "longtime political guru" being a protected class...
