Seems an Atlanta pub owner has come up with a solution to the 'gentlemen-of-the-streets' problem in his neighborhood. It's loud, it's bright, it's heavy, and it has a video camera and a water cannon. The bums, apparently, get the idea and move on. The homeless activists, of course, are horrified...
