Seems that Roger Clemens' trainer, a former cop, supposedly kept 'evidence' (used syringes, bloody gauze, etc.) in case he ever had to prove that he injected Clemens with steroids back in 2001...
What kind of pervert, no matter how concerned about being 'betrayed' by Clemens, keeps bloody gauze for seven years, just in case? His lawyer tried to put a good face on it ("He is a New York City cop who thinks in terms of evidence"), but Rico's not buying it...
Rico agrees with Clemen's lawyer; this reeks of the Duke case.
