Seems the old "insulation fell off during launch and damaged the tiles on the shuttle" gag happened again to the Atlantis space shuttle.
Why they can't figure out how to keep the damn insulation on the tank in the first place, Rico doesn't know.
Reformulating the insulation, covering it with some kind of kevlar netting, something...
These guys are rocket scientists, after all.
