The president is in Africa this week, spreading American largesse.
Funny, Rico muses bitterly, that you never hear about the big aid campaigns paid for by the Russians or the Chinese, where they distribute free food and medicine to the impoverished countries of the world... (Or send troops to try and right some political disaster.)

Rico says they all say they hate us, but they'd miss us if we were gone...
