No big surprise there; urban areas in the North are often Democratic strongholds.
He's perturbed by military exercises.

He's banned the Marines from holding an exercise in Toledo.

But Mayor Marty failed to tell his own police department, who then approved the Marine training exercise and worked out how they were going to cooperate.
