Solutions, not problems

Forwarded (though not written) by my father, who's a bit of a curmudgeon in his own right:

Everyone concentrates on the problems we're having in this country lately: illegal immigration, hurricane recovery, alligators attacking people in Florida...
Not me. I concentrate on solutions:
Dig a moat across the Mexican border.
Truck the dirt to New Orleans to raise the levees.
Put the alligators in the moat along the border.
Any other problems you would like for me to solve?

Rico likes it.
