To the Governor of the State of Pennsylvania, the Honorable Edward Rendell:

I confess.
I am a smuggler.
I smuggle explosive chemicals into Pennsylvania on a regular basis.
Alcohol.
From New Jersey.
And if you'd take off the ridiculous taxation and provide some more choice (as in, get rid of the stupid State stores), I'll stop...
